This Privacy Policy explains how Andrew Anglin, a Washington sole proprietor doing business as "Contractor Lane" ("we," "us," "our"), collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Contractor Lane websites, free roadmap builder, paid roadmap, subscriptions, and related services (the "Services"). By using the Services you agree to this Policy and our Terms of Service.

The short version: We collect what we need to run the product and process your payment. We use Stripe for payments and never store your full card number. We do not sell your personal information. We use trusted providers to host and email. You can ask us to access or delete your data anytime.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information, and we ask that you not submit any through the Services.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. When you request deletion or close your account, we delete or de-identify your personal information within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business records (such as transaction records). Backups age out on a rolling basis.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including encryption in transit (TLS), hashed passwords, short-lived login tokens, and database access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Services are for business users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided information, contact us and we will delete it.

The Services link to government and other third-party websites. Their privacy practices are their own; this Policy does not apply to them. Review their policies before providing information.

The Services are operated in and intended for users in the United States. If you access them from elsewhere, you consent to processing in the United States.
